The Team


CEO & Co-Founder

Coming off of nearly seven years of experience at Uber, Nicholas is an expert in GoToMarket Strategy and business operations for marketplaces. He played various roles at Uber: launching Uber's marketing presence in New England, scaling its marketing team, going to market with every Uber core product—from UberBLACK to UberPOOL—and more.


CFO & Co-Founder

An experienced financial analyst and CFA charterholder, Ben has assisted in the valuations of hundreds of businesses for companies across a multitude of industries over the last five years. Ben brings integral financial experience to the team, including the development of the EaRN note, an equity-alternative debt investment for small businesses.


CTO & Co-Founder

Felix is an engineer at heart. He focuses on leveraging technology for business growth. He has developed, launched, and operated a wide range of impactful web applications in his career, ranging from MVPs for early-stage start-ups to scalable FinTech products. He seeks to bring security, reliability and scalability to the MainVest platform.


General Counsel

Prior to joining MainVest, Joe was in private practice at the law firm of Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell LLP in Wilmington, Delaware, where he was a member of the firm’s Corporate Litigation group, representing public and private companies in corporate governance and M&A matters. Joe received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a juris doctorate from University of Virginia School of Law. Joe advises management on a wide range of legal and business issues, such as risk mitigation, compliance, negotiation, and corporate governance.


Director of Operations

Robert brings nearly a decade of entrepreneurial experience to MainVest. From early experience with small business ad sales, to running uberTAXI and building out Uber in New England, to regulatory work on the East Coast Legal team, Robert excels at building foundational and operational frameworks that empower high-growth companies.


Design & Engineering

Noah is a designer and software engineer who has worked with a wide range of start-ups, established businesses, digital agencies, political campaigns, and non-profits, including Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and BentoBox, a technology platform for the hospitality industry. Noah currently advises senior capstone projects for the Strategic Design and Management BBA program at Parsons School of Design where he received an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design.
